Hljóðmál is a one of a kind, knitted, textile wall piece.
 
The piece consists of three layers who are all knitted on a domestic knitting machine. 
The lowest layer is knitted with Icelandic wool in baige colour around an acoustic panel from Konto.
Middle layer is knitted with high-twist english- and merino wool.
Top layer is knitted with lambswool and 50/50 Alpaca and Merino blend.
 
Each layer is hangs on a wooden stick, who are then bound together with black wire. 
 
The piece hangs from a braid made with Icelandic Horsehair.
